For 18 years I was on the inside — international projects, matrix structures, corporate complexity. I know what it means to deliver, to lead, and at the same time not let it show when you’re stuck yourself.

I noticed early on that I understand the person across from me quickly — and that I can translate what I understand. For the person themselves. For others. I never called it coaching. Today I know: it is coaching for leaders — just without the firework of methods.

Today I work as a sparring partner for experienced minds in IT, automotive and industry. I speak the language of the system — not just the language of reflection.
